Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for any items purchased, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at jamiejohnhu@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We evaluate these issues on a case-by-case basis so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
To report a damaged or defective item, please include:

Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
A brief description of the issue
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because our general policy is that all sales are final, all items are non-returnable. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Note: This exception applies only to orders shipped to the European Union.
Notwithstanding our strict no-return policy, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you legally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for this specific EU exception, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
